EN 10219 Specification

Our EN 10219 steel pipes are cold-formed welded structural hollow sections, crafted from non-alloy and fine-grain steels. These pipes undergo electric resistance welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) to ensure durability and strength. They are delivered cold-formed, eliminating the need for subsequent heat treatment. This ensures the preservation of the steel’s inherent qualities. Chemical Requirements of EN 10219

Our EN 10219 pipes adhere to strict chemical compositions. For instance, the S235JRH grade contains a maximum of 0.17% Carbon, 1.40% Manganese, 0.040% Phosphorus, and 0.040% Sulphur. Detailed chemical compositions for various grades are available upon request.

Mechanical Requirements of EN 10219

The mechanical properties of our EN 10219 pipes are top-notch. For instance, the S235JRH grade has a yield strength of 235 Mpa, tensile strength ranging from 360-510 Mpa, and an elongation of 26%. Our pipes are tested rigorously to ensure they meet the specified mechanical requirements.

Production Tolerance of EN 10219
