Hot Rolling:

The process begins with solid steel bars transformed into hollow blooms through the management effect. These blooms are then elongated, reheated, and resized to meet specific customer needs.

Heat Treatment:

This stage ensures the pipe’s hardness and toughness. After undergoing quenching and tempering processes, the pipes are resized and straightened.


Pipes undergo rigorous testing, including hydrostatic, electromagnetic, and ultrasonic tests. They are then threaded, coupled, and undergo a drift test. Finally, they are lacquered or varnished, measured, weighed, stenciled, bundled, and dispatched.
